Physio & Sports Therapy
We assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries affecting the spine, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle. This includes lower back pain, sciatica, disc irritation, neck pain and postural strain, as well as shoulder pain, rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder and elbow conditions.
We regularly work with hip impingement, IT band irritation, runner’s knee, patellar tendon pain, Achilles issues and ankle sprains. Sports-related injuries from running, gym training and combat sports are commonly treated, alongside work-related pain and recurring movement problems.
We also treat patients with more complex or persistent injuries, including post-surgical rehabilitation and ongoing pain that has not resolved with previous treatment.
If you’re unsure whether your condition is suitable, you can book a full assessment and we’ll determine the most appropriate treatment plan
